Gregory Oliver Hines (February 14, 1946 – August 9, 2003) was an American actor, singer, and dancer, regarded by many when a greatest tap dancer of his generation, and 1 world health organization transcended a stage.
Innate around New York, New York, Hines learned tap dancing as a yearling from either his older brother Maurice. While Hines was 5 years old, he & his brother began dancing professionally, virtually all notably at a Apollo Theater, in Harlem.
